MOJOVIVE: Inspiring Radical Change Through Visionary Leadership

In my keynote address at a recent Winner's Circle talk, I re-echoed  the point  I make in MOJOVIVE, that not everyone can relate, meaning that whenever you want to sell  buy-in (be it to yourself or others), on a radical revolutionary switch up, rather go about it as follows:if you are going to build a ship with people who are solely used to  canoes, don't just gather people together to fetch wood, assign them tasks and work. Instead, inspire them to long for adventures at sea (that this will better afford them compared to a basic canoe)
That's why you won't come across any dream holiday brochure that leads with the logistical and admin aspects of a vacation. They first entice you with breathtaking visuals of the accommodation, dinning, entertainment etc, because they know that once you are sold on the dream, you will not view the hassle of doing the unexciting aspects of it a hardship, but as part and parcel of it.... a necessary evil to achieve an end if you will.
